John Templeton Events: Is Amplify Your Growth Any Good?

I’m going to closely examine John Templeton with this review and the value he brings for Australians.

It can be challenging to find the right tribe of people to hang around with to achieve your goals, so that’s why I recommend personal development.

But the problem is: Who is the real deal in the industry? I’ve seen new ‘guru secrets’ events popping up across the country every week now. The industry has been tainted in the past with people who weren’t quite that congruent.

John Templeton and his Amplify Your Growth Events recently appeared on my radar, so I’ve taken this chance to review his program and provide my opinion.

Let’s get started.

John Templeton overview

John’s done quite a bit in his life, and by far the biggest one I see is Ex-Special Forces Fitness Instructor. It’s clear when you’re playing that high, you can’t bring to them any BS.

Today, however, things are more civilized. Clearly his background helps him in being less “wishy-washy” than most personal development coaches who often just tell clients what they want to hear.

As a communicator, I’ve found him very much on point. While there are some elements that have been taken from other personal development giants such as Tony Robbins, it’s clear that John has still been able to channel a niche for himself.

If you’re looking to find your purpose with a supportive community and get guidance on how to take charge of your future, then John is ideal for most people.

However, some would prefer to just remain on cruise control. And you know what? That’s perfectly OK. John isn’t trying to change everyone’s life, just those who want to genuinely be helped in their journey.

All in all, as genuine off-stage as he is on-stage.

Amplify Your Growth Review

This is John’s 2-day event that he runs across Australia and New Zealand. Cities include Perth, Sydney, Wellington and the Gold Coast.

Are they any good? For sure – Amplify Your Growth has many positive reviews online, but it isn’t for everyone especially as John is occasionally controversial to get people outside of their comfort zones. It works!

John has offered Scholarships for people who want to attend but can’t afford to. That’s generous, though to be a bit critical, I wonder how many people actually qualify.

I went to another personal development weekend workshop a few years ago where everyone I spoke to, and I mean everyone, actually “won” the scholarship.

That said – the weekend itself is still fantastic. With about 40 attendees, I felt it was just the right size. For reference, I’ve done 4x Tony Robbins events which are on a completely different scale.

To spoil John’s event a little, he has referenced Tony Robbins a few times as his mentor and one of the people that really changed his life. Some would argue that Amplify Your Growth is a mini Tony Robbins event, and while that has some truth, again John has done his best to create uniqueness in the market.

The attendee calibre is actually quite good with people genuinely wanting to change their lives and build their businesses. You might be afraid of networking but people are warm and open and by the end of Day 2, you’ll generally have a few new friends to keep in touch with.

Is this another event I would attend? Absolutely.

It was personal development that radically changed my life and in fact, help me start this blog years ago. Since then I’ve inspired thousands of Australians to start building their own online business.

Online business opportunities

One of John’s core reasons why he wants to help people is their limiting beliefs around money. Most of his audience are a little stuck with what they’re doing currently.

Most of them have normal jobs but want greater fulfilment and financial freedom in their lives. The money element is the one metric that can be tracked properly.

What I’ve noticed is that a good chunk of his audience members are in MLM schemes. While these can be great, most people do struggle to build their downlines with products that they aren’t so passionate about.

In 2020, there are just far greater ways to generate an income where you’re living remotely. Forget the passive income for a moment, I’m referring to genuine income through a job or your own business.

And not too long ago I happen to find a community of fellow Australians. 10,000 of them in fact, all working together to improve their lives.

Because in my experience, if we can get the money situation right, then everything else generally falls into place. 😌

In summary

If you’re stuck in your life right now, then these weekend workshops can provide genuine guidance to help you through your life. Amplify Your Growth is a great event in my opinion.

While it feels like an intimate Tony Robbins events (especially with the firewalk) I’ve seen John Templeton really attempt his best to create his own unique edge in the market.

After all, the personal development industry in Australia and NZ is ready for speakers and teachers who genuinely know their craft, and John is certainly one of them.

A step by step system to really change your life, provided you do the work. If you’re committed to spending a weekend with John, then it’s best to play full out. 👍

And if you’re committed to building an online business, I’ve found a bigger community of action-takers.
