Real Estate Investar: Full Evaluation (I found a BETTER strategy…)

As an Australian property investor, I’m going to evaluate Real Estate Investar in this review. This is the software to evaluate investment opportunities around the nation, and is now used by 300,000+ people.

I started investing in property 10+ years ago. Today I own several, but best of all, I get 30% returns. That is, I actually have digital assets too, and today have an online income that would require 2 million dollars in property paid off to get the same results. All done at age 31.

That’s not shared to impress you. Honestly, I’m far from the show-off guy. I hardly touch social media. But I need to highlight the immense advantages towards building a digital real estate portfolio, one that’s available to all Australian property investors right now. More on that later.

Let’s begin with this Investar review…

What is Real Estate Investar?

This is a software company that started in 2006. They collaborate important information so that you can make a more accurate decision when looking to purchase your next investment property. It’s software that’s loved by thousands.

Previously, it was only available to real estate agents. If you wanted access as an investor, then it was a case of tough-luck. Luckily, the times have changed, and so has this company. Everyone can now start accessing it starting today for effective research.

It’s great using Real Estate Investar for Australian property research

The Investar software professional membership is available to professional investors. It includes:

  • The ability to find investment properties in seconds
  • Allow you to evaluate (in some ways) the property value
  • Provides you the ability to analyze property trends
  • Has a great training knowledge-base for strategies
  • Equips more people to invest better than any other company
  • Comes with in-built portfolio tracking management

Both Australian property investors and developers will love this service. In fact, some of the advantages include:

  • Completely unlimited phone and email support
  • Strategy-based training webinars (these are live!)
  • A comprehensive knowledge base of answers
  • Video tutorials on exactly how to use the software

The thing I liked the most is being able to find an investment property that matches particular buying rules. That is – there are numerous property investing strategies. Through this, you’re able to filter out the strategies that you don’t like (i.e. Buy and Hold) and instead choose the ones that will actually make you money (i.e. Cashflow Positive) through the software. Nifty!

Being able to save properties and short list them down was also very handy. They really thought of everything when creating this software.

Downsides to Real Estate Investar

Every review needs to be fair and balanced. It’s for this reason, while I’m very much in favour of Real Estate Investar, I do want to share some downsides.

Firstly, the cost. It isn’t cheap. At $99 per month (then a further $55/month for PriceFinder) it certainly makes it out of reach. There’s a decent discount of you choose the 24 month option.

Secondly, their software isn’t 100% perfect. It can’t provide every single piece of data, but it does get pretty well close. The software is really for those that are still willing to do their own due diligence.

The weight of the current housing market is going to catch some investors by surprise

Thirdly, and this is beyond the control of Real Estate Investar, but the Australian property market is in decline. That is, house prices are crashing. Perhaps not to the degree that the media wants to claim, but it’s safe to estimate that the good times are gone. At least for the next 5 years.

It’s for this reason, that it’s time to reconsider your investment strategy. It’s probably going to be tough to ride out this storm. Now, I do have a solution…

A semi-passive income in under 3 years

I hope that caught your attention. Yes – this is the BETTER one. It’s a strategy, as opposed to a software, that’s going to help you really get the financial freedom that you desire and deserve.

Closing off

Real Estate Investar is great software, and I favour it highly in this review. It’s ideal for the skilled Australian property investor, especially the one who wants to make accurate decisions. Certainly, it works as well as it can, but can’t predict the future. Only you can.

The truth is, the market is in decline. The software knows that, and so do all of us. The pending collapse has been talked about for many years. It’s going to be declining or flat-lining for a while. Making money in property within this market is going to be tough, even hardest for those who don’t have the cash flow.

Finding cashflow positive properties is much harder today. Negative gearing is certainly a thing of the past. What you need is 21st century assets, the type that Robert Kiyosaki himself would be buying today.

Today’s best opportunity is building your own online business. That is – selling in the US, whilst being based here in Australia. Getting paid in US Dollars is by far the best experience, as the exchange rate is often in our favour.
