I Help Beginners Build Profitable Websites
Welcome to the ultimate analysis of Keith Kalfas for 2024.
I’ve spent thousands of hours watching successful business educators on YouTube. Keith has inspired me a ton, just like Justin from Forever Self Employed.
The goal of these profiles is to show you the different ways people have built 6 and 7-figure businesses. Regardless of whether they’re offline or online, you can see what it takes to find your own success, starting today.

Keith Kalfas Overview
💡Full Name and Age
Keith Kalfas is 38 years old.
🤑 Net Worth
After 5+ years of uploading a ton of videos to YouTube, Keith Kalfas has a net worth of $1,190,000 USD as of 2024.
This is based on the value of his home and lawn mowing business.
🤩 Income Streams
He makes money from YouTube ads, affiliate links and sales of his landscaping course. I also recommend his audiobook which you can listen to while driving.
Keith lives in Sterling Heights, Michigan.
Keith is one of the originals on YouTube and has shared his years of experience in running a successful landscaping business. He started with nearly nothing and has risen to considerable heights.
❌ Notable Complaints
Apart from trolls on Reddit, I haven’t found anything negative or questionable.
🚀 The X-Factor
He has a genuine passion for helping beginners get their landscaping business off the ground. Unlike other business owners that may fear competition, Keith believes that there’s enough space for all of us.
📈 Creator Trends
Keith’s content isn’t as engaging as other creators so he isn’t growing on YouTube as much. That said, he’s a wealth of knowledge so I recommend his channel over many others.
🕵🏻♂️ Private Life
Keith has a supportive wife called Ashley. They don’t have any children together at this time, but they do have a small dog.
👨🏻💻 My Verdict
Keith isn’t just famous on YouTube. He’s spoken at huge conventions and has been featured in numerous magazines. The guy walks the talk and is someone I have a ton of respect for.
I’m Joshua Smith from Australia. I have been building profitable content sites since 2011.
Today, in addition to managing my own portfolio, I actively help others on their journey.
How much does Keith make and how?
Keith makes $17,000 per month on YouTube. At least, that’s my estimation based on his engagmeent metrics. He does this through:
➜ Running ads on his channel
➜ Affiliate links to recommended gear
➜ Brand sponsorships (but he’s picky about the brands that he represents)
➜ Selling his own courses and consulting
In addition, he is paid to speak on stages across North America and he often attends industry expos. If you’d like to meet Keith in person, then this would make for the perfect opportunity.
Keith has a loyal audience who really praises him for:
➜ His willingness to cover everything you need to know (for free!)
➜ Not hiding information and showing you how to run a real biz
➜ Highlighting the challenges, downsides and reality of lawn care
➜ Being willing to cut through the noise and BS from others
I personally can’t believe how much he’s given away for free. I think Gary Vaynerchuk must have had an influence, except that Keith is more relatable and isn’t as hypey.
Creator Red Flags
Within this section, I’d typically highlight warning signs or controversy surrounding a particular creator. I spent 2 hours searching and couldn’t find any red flags regarding Keith or his company…and that’s a good thing! It’s clear that his reputation is paramount to his success.
My only complaint is that he uploads a little too much that I end up skipping a few videos before watching some more. Fortunately, many of Keith’s videos are under 10 minutes long.
More Mowing YouTubers
I’ve researched the lives of other mowing influencers who publish their lawn care videos to YouTube.
👆 Definitely check those out! 😃
The X Factor
It’s really hard to compare Keith to anyone else within the landscaping or lawn care industry.
This is because:
➜ He has a ton of real-world experience from 10+ years of operating his business
➜ He owns up to his own mistakes (and yes, he still makes mistakes today and doesn’t hide this at all)
➜ He accurately critiques landscaping equipment so you’ll know what’s worth buying
➜ He interviews fellow business owners who have been through the highs and low
I can’t believe how much content he’s published over these last few years. He just keeps going strong!
Ultimately, I’ve learned a ton from watching his landscaping videos on Youtube, and that’s despite the fact that I run online businesses, not offline businesses. I guess I just prefer my nomadic flexibility.
My key takeaways include:
➜ Keep your business organized
➜ Don’t be afraid to ask for help
➜ You can get started with limited funds
➜ Competition is still minimal (’cause most people are lazy today)
And most importantly – you can’t get experience by simply watching YouTube. You need to be out there in the trenches – marketing your business, providing quotes, accepting jobs and using the equipment yourself.
If this all sounds too much for you, then I’d love to help you start an online business.
