Andy Harrington Review: How Good Are The Live Events?

I’ve been researching Andy Harrington and today will share my opinions.

Across the world, there are more and more speakers coming to the stages every day. But can they genuinely get you results?

Time to review Andy Harrington and his training program based in the United Kingdom, Singapore and Australia. Also, I read his Power to Achieve book.

Let’s jump straight in.

Andy Harrington Review

There are speakers who have spoken on stages for 5 minutes and call themselves ‘gurus’, then you’ve got Andy Harrington, someone who has been doing it for decades.

But then, does he actually deliver on what he claims? Since there are times where certain speakers make such sensational claims in order to get credit cards out.

See – I’ve been around the block for almost 10 years. In fact, I started this blog in 2011 and have been to just about every personal development seminar out there.

Some would call me a personal development junkie. That’s one hat that I’ll wear with pride.

In that time, I’ve seen the best from the rest. When I recently had the opportunity to head along to a 3-day event with Andy Harrington speaking, I was actually sceptical. While I didn’t think it was a scam, I just had my guard right up.

On the other hand, there are people with toxic positivity. They can’t see the stains on the carpet and believe in manifesting instant millions.

I’ve felt there is a lot of BS going around the industry nowadays. Extravagant claims on stages globally that just can’t be backed up with conclusive data and results.

For that reason, I think you’ll find this Andy Harrington review to be quite raw.

Power to Achieve Weekend Bootcamp

This is Andy’s premier 3-day event. He runs them around the world including Malaysia, Singapore, the UK and Australia. They are paid events as is Professional Speakers University as Fully Booked Bootcamp and Millionaire Mentor.

Also, there is Message to Millions and 1-day Passion into Profit events. These are really just teaser style events without much of the deeper content that I crave.

(It’s clear that Andy Harrington runs numerous events with his Jet Set Speaker company)

Power to Achieve starts on a Friday at 9am sharp. At registration, I found it very easy and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Presumably, they have all been through his training weekends before.

Waiting out in the foyer was 100+ people. A mixed bag really – young and old. I was curious about what these people did for a living since it was Friday. I’m fortunate in that I have an online business that gives me massive flexibility.

Power to Achieve Weekend Bootcamp

Now, I have read Andy Harrington’s Passion into Profit book which I can summarize as: “Your passion could be the secret ingredient in which to build a business that lights you up in the morning. For most, that requires transcending the limitations on what we think is possible in order to get our message out to the world.”

Was this 3 day weekend a live version of this? Yes. While you can learn plenty via books, there is fantastic value to be found in a room full of likeminded people who are eager to change their lives. This included multiple live exercises and I took plenty of notes.

The event itself

All 3 days were fantastic in terms of actionable content. As I’ve been to so many seminars, I’ve realized that they often just tease people with information. Not here.

Andy delivered the goods and provided us with a concrete plan of what to do so we can monetize our passions. His success stories mostly comprised of those who help others make more money, as opposed to dog training or knitting.

That said, if you’re eager to launch a YouTube channel then this is one way to get some momentum happening without wasting years of your time.

Downsides? A couple.

Firstly – lunch wasn’t included. Not a problem for me (dietary restrictions) but it was raining for most of the weekend so was tough to head outside for some people without umbrellas. Uber Eats was a godsend.

Secondly – the upsell. Experience has taught me that free seminars always have upsells, otherwise, how would they make their coin, right? Andy Harrington did sell an expensive consulting program ‘Speakers Academy’ but it did offer great value if you wanted to save yourself a lot of time.

While not everyone’s cup of tea, I love upsells personally as I enjoy seeing the message, the pitch and final offer. Nope – I didn’t buy, my journey is different.

All in all, one of the better events I’ve been to. He’s clearly been in the industry for a while and is professional in his approach, with much praise from other attendees.

Andy Harrington Net Worth

Curious to how much he’s made over the years with his various business and current assets? Me too, so I went searching online for the answer:

Andy Harrington’s Networth as of February 2020 is approximately $2,700,000 USD according to a recent report. He’s generated millions of dollars and a good portion of his wealth through his main company Jet Set Speaker based in East London.

Andy Harrington Net Worth

What I’ve noticed is that there are 500 people in the audience for every 1 professional speaker. It’s certainly a high-income skill to have in the quiver.

Wrapping up

Did I enjoy the event? Definitely with great value for money.

But then, is Andy Harrington for everyone? Nope. If you think this is a scam, then it’s not for you. Public speaking and his Speakers Academy programs are highly praised by dozens of his students.

Most people were highly engaged during the weekend bootcamp I attended. Some people left early as it wasn’t for them. What’s evident is that there is a lot of value upfront, so people are more willing to enrol at the end as students.

In other words, Andy needs to do is very best to provide as much as possible. It’s that old saying “If I can help enough people get what they want, then I’ll get what I want…”

Then again, is the ‘position yourself as the expert’ strategy for coaches and consultants a good fit for everyone? No. It’s going to require really getting out of your comfort zone, as we did numerous times over the boot camp.

Instead, some people will find more value in building an online business from home. The type of business where they can start small and grow over time.

That’s the type of business that I like the best, and one that I’ve been building for years. I find the more successful I become, the less I share on social media.

While the weekend bootcamp was legitimately awesome and Andy’s students are doing well, being silently successful is an avenue I choose to go down instead.

Roger Hamilton Review: Wealth Dynamics / Entrepreneurs Institute

There are dozens of wealth ‘gurus’ such as Roger Hamilton hitting the scene in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Bali.

Some of them promise the moon and fail to deliver. Others actually deliver on what they promise. It can be hard to tell without some concrete guidance.

Today we’re going to research Roger James Hamilton to see if he’s legit as a wealth educator and business coach for those in Australia, NZ and Bali.

Let’s jump in.

Roger Hamilton Review

Roger Hamilton has been running Wealth Dynamics for more than a decade now. In fact, he now has the biggest personal development library in his iLab resort in Bali.

What does that mean? He isn’t an overnight success story or instant ‘guru’. He’s someone that has built a reputation over many years in the industry.

Roger Hamilton Review

Wealth Dynamics is his older company and online learning platform for share trading. I actually took the Wealth Dynamics Test for $97 and the results were very accurate. That said – the Myler-Briggs free personality test was freaky accurate.

On the other hand, Entrepreneurs Institute is for those that want to learn about big business. The type of business that they can build online and scale.

This is why there is a huge focus on iLab. Roger Hamilton started in the online trading space before realizing the bigger market for entrepreneur training programs.

While I’ll praise what Roger Hamilton has created in my review, there is a huge downside. That is the cost.

None of the programs on offer are cheap. People often struggle to come up with the funds in order to take a program and execute on what they’ve learned.

After all, building a business often requires a decent amount of capital. You also need to play the long game, with results showing up after years of work.

Alternatives to Entrepreneurs Academy

If you want a cheaper alternative, I found that you can learn heaps from Impact Theory University which was my best business-building program I purchased in 2019.

In fact, I reviewed the entire program here and am well connected to the community.

If you want to research more about Wealth Dynamics, then check out their Facebook page.

On the other hand, you can learn more about Entrepreneurs Academy on the separate Facebook page.

Roger Hamilton also runs GeniusU, Talent Dynamics and wrote the Millionaire Master Plan book.

The rating is 4.5 stars on average. It’s always a good idea to research and weigh up your options. If your budget is very tight, then psychologically speaking it’s not good to spend a fortune on workshops at this time.

Building an online business

Typically, students who go through Roger Hamilton’s programs strive to build an online business. For many, it’s their first time around the block.

In my experience, building such businesses are harder than what they seem on the surface. You’re going to need:

  • To do a lot of work consistently and
  • Spend thousands each and every month
  • Plus deal with constant spot fires on the journey

No wonder so many people quit. I’m almost 10 years into my journey and know very few people who have genuinely “made it” along the way.

On the other hand, so many people do sugar-coat the journey. It’s not as romantic as many make it out to be.

Then again, I have found a wonderful community of people willing to help each other. In fact, 10,000 Australians are now on board with this epic program.

You can learn more about that opportunity right here on my blog.

In summary

Roger Hamilton is the real deal, though has been tainted by some negative reviews. Looking in the trenches, however, it seems that there was a payment processor issue at one stage along the way.

In terms of his training programs, they are rock solid.

Is he for everyone? No. If you’re running with a lean bank account, then the expense of workshops can be overwhelming. Instead, consider just undertaking his online programs for now.

The best part is that Roger Hamilton is now coming to Australia (namely the Gold Coast) to conduct such training. He’s making these events very low cost, or even free in some instances.

Pair this with co-working spaces and taking his company public through an IPO and it’s clear that he’s very much on a mission in 2020.

On the other hand, I believe that building an online business requires people to have a nurturing experience. One community that I’ve found to do just that has students all across the world.

Paul Blackburn Review: Are His Training Programs Worth It?

I attended a workshop with Paul and Mary Blackburn with 70 other attendees and decided to write this review to share my experiences. Should you attend?

A good question to ask. After all, you want to know if he’s the real deal. You know – can he actually help you during these challenging times?

Because from what I’ve seen in Australia, there are plenty of legitimate trainers out there. Then there are those rogue fly-by-night operators who leave us with a sour taste.

That in itself tarnishes the reputation of those doing it properly. Unfortunately, cutting corners happens in every industry known to man.

So I’m going to provide both my opinion and experience with this trainer.

Paul Blackburn Review

I attended Paul’s 3-day weekend workshop some time ago. I was certainly one of the youngest, if not the youngest in the audience. In fact, the average age was closing on 50 years old.

Since that workshop, I went on to consume a lot (and I mean a lot…) of personal development materials. Hundreds of books, plenty of YouTube and a few dozen conferences and workshops.

Why is this important? Because I can fairly compare Paul’s offering from the others in the market, instead of saying “Yeah it was a great weekend”.

The weekend consisted of:

  • Emotional healing from past wounds
  • Getting our mind right about money
  • Touched on the law of attraction (a bit voodoo these days)
  • How to better deal with challenging people

As I was new to the entire self-help world, I did find it challenging to properly assimilate the information. Then again, I’ve attended Tony Robbins which was more challenging.

The weekend workshop

Now the million-dollar question is: Should you attend his workshop?

It really depends on your experience. If this is the first time you’re going into a training or personal development program like this, then you’ll get a lot out of it.

Paul Blackburn Conference

Paul Blackburn has certainly geared his training towards beginner and intermediate level attendees. In fact, most of his life coaches (he has dozens now since 2011) started out just like you.

However, if you’ve already done quite a bit of NLP and other training, then you probably won’t find as much value. That isn’t to say that Paul is bad, but you may not get an “AHA!” moment and might leave feeling a bit disappointed.

Again – it depends on you and your existing journey through life.

Money issues

While he’s geared towards self-help and emotional mastery, Paul talks a lot about resolving money issues. In fact, his old program was called Resolving the Money Riddle. It’s fair to say that he’s well experienced and the bulk of his audience likely has money problems too.

Most people in Australia do have money issues as well. My #1 recommendation in 2020 is to build an online business where you control the outcome.

What I noticed is that Paul doesn’t really teach the “How” of making money, instead, he focuses on removing mental roadblocks. This is great as there are numerous strategies available.

Just keep in mind that he often runs his life coaching training workshops in Canberra though the event I attended was in Adelaide when I lived there many years ago.

One of the best things I ever did was learn about selling on Amazon. In fact, I created some fantastic guides to help beginners just like you.

In summary

Paul Blackburn has been running his company for 10+ years now. By now we can see that he’s quite clearly established.

Is he for everyone? No. In fact, many people would ignore someone like this.

In the 10 years that he’s been running Beyond Success Pty Ltd, it’s clear that the bulk of his students has been pleased with positive reviews left.

That in itself is part of the recipe for success – simply do something for long enough while overdelivering on value.

Owners Collective Review: Is High End Hustlers worth it?

If you’re in Australia, you’ve probably seen an ad on Instagram or Facebook for High End Hustlers run by Owners Collective. Is it any good though?

That’s the type of thing I like to address. Because there are just so many different online business programs out there promising the world, right?

So I decided to have a good look at what’s on offer here.

Researching Owners Collective

I hadn’t heard of this company before, so I decided to do a little investigating first.

Ahrefs is my favourite backlink checker tool. I use it 5 to 10 times per day for my numerous digital assets.

“Ahrefs is my 2nd home” is a popular term among us WordPress wizards. 😅

What it essentially allows me to do is legitimately spy on other websites.

Nothing private. Just like their traffic growth and age, on a surface level.

So here’s what was revealed:

Immediately it’s clear that they have been around for a while and are growing.

I also looked into backlinks and they have references from Kochie from TV.

It’s become clear that they are genuine as a business incubator for achievers.

Pru Chapman has clearly done very well here to continue building her community.

And so I was eager to have a look at the premier course on the inside.

High End Hustlers Review

For some reason, I became aware of this program via Instagram because of my ‘likes’.

I only follow business people plus those in the yoga space, but I’m listed as Male.

(Because I am… 😅 My name is clearly Joshua)

And yet I was targetted with this PPC campaign for a program designed for women.

Well, they may be targetting men now in their mentoring/coaching program.

And look: I believe a lot of these programs are fantastic. They really help lift you up.

If you’re looking for the best business building program that I bought in 10 years, then it’s quite simply Impact Theory University by Tom Bilyeu – founder of Quest Nutrition. $97 USD per month. No affiliation.

Owners Collective

But then again, High End Hustlers features a lot of good stuff. Quite literally.

Firstly – it’s a personal touch. Pru wants to focus on starting or growing your business. (Who else does this? Very few business educators these days)

Then you’ll head along to their 3-day Summit that’s held in Byron Bay.

Then it’s access to the full training library. If you haven’t built a business before, then you might be overwhelmed with how much content is here.

Like 100 videos which are all professionally filmed. Nothing is cheap or tacky here.

Then you’re on to weekly masterclass calls as a group. A real chance to meet other students who you didn’t meet at the Summit.

Plus of course access to the Facebook group and business templates.

It definitely seems like a great deal and is catered almost exclusively for women.

As a downside, the pricing is quite high but that keeps the calibre strong.

Because you want to be surrounded with those on the same journey as you.

A strong tribe of go-getters who want to play at a new level in life.

Next steps

I would join in this tribe if you want to be in a team of A-grade tribe members.

The hint is in the program name: High End Hustlers. Not low or medium end. 😉

And sometimes there are those who aren’t ready yet for this level of intensity.

Perhaps you’re just getting your business ideas and concepts on to paper.

And that’s OK. Pru has helped people from startups to existing business owners.

Not just in Australia either but in the United States as well. Her focus is on results.

But some people are looking for a different strategy. Maybe a different community.

I found a community with 10,000+ people. One that’s really going places.

And if you jump on board with the free training series, one that can help you too.

At the same time, High End Hustlers has a slightly higher pedigree of members.

Paired with other female mavericks that live and breathe business building. 🙏

There are few communities offering this calibre of training AND personal touch.

Created by someone with business experience with the gift of helping others.

So if you’re looking for genuine results, this is a mighty fine starting point.
