Liam Ryan (Assets For Life) Review: Worth It?

Liam Ryan from Assets for Life runs one of the biggest property education training companies in the United Kingdom.

Assets for Life sounds like the ideal pathway. Do you think this would be a smart investment decision? It really depends on your personal situation and you should be seeking independent advice from your accredited financial advisor.

When I was researching early on, I didn’t find anything really giving an unbiased opinion or a realistic perspective of what you’re receiving.

Liam Ryan (Assets For Life) Review

Property education doesn’t exactly have the best reputation for itself. After all, there are people out there promising the world and delivering very little. Even some claiming that you can get financially free within months…while starting from zero. 🙄

Just like you, I’ve been to the seminars over the years. Initially it was hard to tell who’s real and who isn’t, but over the years, I’ve come to figure out the entire show.

When I came across Liam Ryan a while ago, I was pretty well sceptical. Are investors better off with Joint Ventures as opposed to buying themselves? And is the property education worth it?

The Education

A big proponent of the Assets For Life company is the education. You’ll be learning how to master the art of property deals from residential, commercial and developments.

This means that you’ll be more empowered to make conscious choices towards your future. Compare this to using a ‘property adviser’ who simply recommends an investment property (from a developer mate, no doubt) and it’s good to see mum and dad investors more empowered.

It’s obvious by now that I’m a huge proponent of education. After all, I help people get educated properly on how they can generate revenue through digital assets.

With Ryan’s Property Academy education, it’s quite in-depth. Hours of content and plenty of guides, templates and worksheets included too, as well as student workshops.

Of course, if you’re going to head for the free events, then some teaser content is shared with the rest available…for a big fee, of course. 😉

As the old saying goes “If you aren’t paying for it, you are being sold to….”

This is why I’ll take the paid options any day of the week. Avoid the free teasers and get into learning the art and craft of finding good property deals.

Liam doesn’t have much of an upsell and you’ll learn a ton through his academy and workshop to get you a solid start.

Joint Ventures with Liam Ryan

One of the best ways to stay safe with investing is to partner up with someone who has done it before. This takes out much of the risk, though the reward is lower too.

It’s clear that Joint-Venturing is only available for a short handful of people. That is – you’re going to need deeper pockets.

Then again, with the right education, that’s enough for you to get started and in the ropes of investing. You probably wouldn’t want to give up much of the upside either, provided you run the numbers properly.

Getting Started

Clearly Liam is someone that has reached a good level of success, as too have his students. There are numerous success stories around as well as some skeptics too.

Given that he’s new to the market, it’s hard to do thorough research and validate such claims.

Yet from my perspective, Liam comes off as very genuine and knows property investing and development very well.

For the right student, certainly the Assets for Life property group is a great starting point.

Koray Kuroz: Are his Australian training seminars any good?

Koray Kuroz is a fellow Australian who speaks around the country on the topic of sales, motivation and inspiration. And so should you go along?

I recently decided to have a good look and do much research just like you.

Koray Kuroz Review

Koray has an interesting past and not too long ago was arrested and put in jail. Unfortunately for many inmates, that’s it for their life.

However, there is another path. One that can radically transform anyone’s life.

And as for Koray, he clearly figured it out. It’s personal development. Not just reading some books and hoping you’ll make it through, but also taking massive action.

Koray Kuroz Review

Inspired by Tony Robbins, he’s risen rapidly over the last few years and today consistently delivers results for both his business and his clients.

It’s interesting actually as many people are in comfort. You know – their life is good. They have enough income and a good lifestyle. However, they could strive for a lot more.

Compare this to Koray who had to really dig himself out of a tough spot and be authentic on stage about his story. This has gone a long way to rebuilding his reputation over the years. That relentless pursuit is a key reason why he’s growing his brand very well.

The events

Koray speaks routinely around the country. The crowd is generally:

  • Often young adults around 20 to 35 years old
  • Typically have a side hustle that they’re working on
  • Eager to make a solid change in their daily lives
  • Choses entrepreneurship over having a day job
  • Idols include Gary Vaynerchuk and Tony Robbins

These events either run for a few hours in the morning or evening. You might also be invited along for a paid student boot camp which is run over a weekend.

I’d recommend that you bring a pen and paper along to take plenty of notes. To be a little critical, Koray talks fast from my experience and it was a bit hard to digest everything.

The room often gets a bit cold so bring a jacket as well. The audience are those generally enthusiastic about making progress in their lives so networking is encouraged. Bring a friend if you feel uncomfortable.

The right student

Koray’s events aren’t for everyone. For some people, they won’t derive as much value as they hoped. See – some people are perfectly happy where they are in life, and that’s 100% OK. Everyone’s journey is unique.

If you think you’ll be wildly successful simply by attending, then this isn’t for you. The true work comes with consistent action.

Now, the thing holding most people back isn’t physical – it’s mental. Those lacking clarity, direction and certainty is where Koray can be hugely beneficial.

Essentially, if you’re looking for a kick in the backside and start a rapid-fire approach to your life, then this event is for you. Personal development massively changed my life and it can change yours too.

In summary

Are his training seminars any good? Absolutely, but for the right student.

See, I’ve been involved with personal growth for 10 years now. I have a few too many Tony Robbins events under my belt that I’d like to admit to. 😅

I’ve met some awesome people on the journey in real life and more importantly, I’ve made massive growth in both my business and personal life, with this blog reaching 30,000 people monthly.

For that reason, I’ve seen a common trend with attendees of such events. Only some take action and get the results that they are seeking.

You should come in with an open mind and a willingness to learn and implement. Avoid coming away thinking “That was a cool seminar” and do nothing. That won’t move the needle.

Koray, the Elite Beast Mastermind and PushPeak Summits are massively helpful for many people like you. That is – if you take consistent action long after the lights are turned off.

Wealth Dragons Review: Is John Lee’s Seminar Worth It?

Wealth Dragons is a popular event run in the United Kingdom, USA and Australia by John Lee. The Bootcamp promotes property and forex strategies.

Wealth Dragons Review

After reading John Lee’s book “The Wealth Dragon Way” I was intrigued to learn more about the weekend boot camp run by Wealth Dragons.

Wealth Dragons Review

However, there is criticism against such events. Some say there is a lack of value or it could be a pitch-fest. In my opinion, you can actually learn a lot by attending.

Note: This isn’t to be confused with The Black Wealth Bootcamp which is a completely separate entity based in the United States.

Let’s jump into it.

The events themselves

It’s often a 2-day event or sometimes a 3-day event depending on your city. These can either be free (with paid courses on offer) or you’ll pay a small fee for attending.

The general premise is providing a lot of value upfront. The speakers know their craft very well and are eager to to share their strategies and techniques which are working in this economic climate.

Going to John Lee seminar

John Lee himself actually shares a lot on building value, trust and respect within your community. He’s a popular YouTube with a lot of subscribers all based on producing content relentlessly.

Most often, Wealth Dragons is held in the UK several times per year.

My recommendation

You should really head into such events with an open mind and a closed wallet. While there are programs on offer, you really should consider if these are right for you and your journey in business.

Most people who sign up for such programs lack the motivation to follow through. That is – these programs merely sit on the shelf collecting dust due to lack of ambition.

Because in life, many of us are chasing dopamine. We want the dose that makes us feel good, as events like John Lee have. So few people miss seeing the work involved.

Taking notes at John Lee event

While taking notes is hugely beneficial, you should also be building a plan. A blueprint if you will. It should be something actionable over the long term.

To be fair, some people don’t like these seminars and conferences for various reasons. However, there are certainly success stories as a result of this training.

Some people have done remarkably well because they consistently put in the work to create a result. John Lee himself has built a considerable net worth through past and present business ventures, including Wealth Dragons.

Avoid any temptation to jump on something unless it represents tangible value for you. That is – does it align with your values and mission in life? If so, then it might be the right pathway for you.

What you should bring

The conference is one that can really drag on (that almost says dragon 😅) throughout the day, so pack some snacks and water. You’ll also benefit from a jacket, as much like Tony Robbins events, the A/C is run very cold.

Also, be prepared to network. Yes – you will be sitting next to people and yes, you will be meeting those who are also on the same journey as you.

You might also want to invite a friend along to join you on the experience.

Friends at Wealth Dragons event
You’re often allowed to bring a friend along to a Wealth Dragons event

Most importantly – bring an open mind with your favourite pen and notepad. Take as many notes as you can and really “show up” and be present instead of being distracted by your phone.

And while I discourage people from immediately signing up to a program, you may actually find a training package which is perfect for you AND you will take action for many months after the seminar is finished. If that’s you – then jump straight into it. Some programs may or may not have refunds provided to students.

In summary

John Lee’s Wealth Dragons seminar is worth if it…if you actually rock up with the right mindset. It’s ideal for the person who’s both eager to learn and take action.

A friend of mine got up and purchased his course and is enjoying the process of learning. However, my friend also is the type of person who consistently implements what he’s learned, not binge-watches on YouTube.

Does the event suit everyone? No. Some people won’t enjoy it at all. Others will take lots of notes but never take any action. And that’s OK as everyone’s journey is inherently different.

Much like in life, a small percentage will follow through consistently.

Francesca Moi – Is the Meetup Queen any good?

Francesca Moi of Empowering Events recently came on to my radar. She’s known as The MeetUp Queen and runs workshops across Australia.

Francesca Moi Review

I’ve decided to write this unbias review to share my opinion. As such, there is no business relationship between us.

My personal experience was Francesca was interesting. I was thrown on to a cold call at a difficult time in my life. While she tried to help me during the call, I was reluctant to take on any coaches.

Francesca Moi Review

She runs events across Australia. Events are generally held at the following locations:

  • Adelaide at Quest on Franklin
  • Brisbane at her office in Murrarie (1/7 Miller Street)
  • Byron Bay at the Byron Bay Services Club
  • Gold Coast at the Quality Hotel in Mermaid Waters
  • Melbourne at the Quest Burwood East
  • Perth at the Metro Hotel Perth
  • Sydney at the Metro Aspire Hotel
  • Townsville at the Quest Townsville on Eyre

At these workshops, you’ll learn how to build trust with your tribe consistently. If you’re a content producer like myself, then this is for you.

Francesca Moi is all about content, trust and reputation. In her 4 hour free workshops, you’ll learn how to build an audience and a business around producing content and engaging authentically with your tribe.

In an online-centric world, as soon as you get offline it appears that’s where your business really starts to work. As a solopreneur, that’s something I’m really beginning to move away from.

MLM Scheme

Francesca Moi seems she was previously part of an MLM scheme. Her focus today appears to be on her training workshops.

I evaluated her entire Facebook page and couldn’t find any leads towards network marketing. Therefore, if you do go along to one of her events, you aren’t likely to be pitched anything of this nature.

This is great news as with other Meetup.com events, it’s easy to fall into this trap:

  • You think you’re going to an informational event
  • You’re shown photos of fun, freedom and fulfilment
  • In the end, you discover that you’re in an MLM sales pitch.
The MeetUp Queen events

Luckily, this doesn’t happen at Francesca Moi events from my experience and that of others.

Challenges

It’s worth highlighting a challenge of working with Francesca or any coach of that manner. This is a touch of criticism to create a fair review.

One thing about events of this nature is that it’s easy to get very excited at the prospect of building your own business. Truth be told…it’s very hard. This is why there are few success stories.

The bulk of people at any event aren’t going to take any action. Of those who join up to her paid workshops, very few then go on to become highly paid speakers or trainers.

You can’t become an overnight success with this. Building any type of business takes years of consistent effort. As I analyzed her own Facebook page, we can see it started way back in 2014. This was long before her MAFIA Academy online course had started.

Essentially, if you need quick instant income, then her program isn’t for you. Get yourself into a sound financial position first before trying any last-ditch attempts at success.

In summary

Would I recommend Francesca Moi’s workshops? Absolutely. She makes a loss after paying for workshops and staff, or at best – breaks even.

Is there a pitch? Sure. After she’s built trust with you, she’d love you to join her training program. It certainly isn’t for everyone, but for those who are committed, it can certainly work for this who take action.

As that’s what business requires. ACTION. Consistent action = results.

Most people who do join her program (or any of these programs for that matter) aren’t going to execute. Statistically speaking, only 10% of people actually follow through.

In my experience, you’re rewarded for the work you do when people aren’t watching. Those late nights and weekends sacrificed in the name of progress.

And so, she’s only good for those who are willing to do the work.
