One of the biggest issues that beginners face is Amazon PPC management. After all, it is a confusing aspect of the journey, and some look for agencies.
But who can you trust? After all, there seems to be a massive amount of options out there.
Are these agencies just there to spend your monthly ad budget, with next to no ROI? Or will you actually get profitable results?
In this blog post, I’ll be showcasing a few of the best Amazon PPC agencies. Not only that, the hazards you should watch out for too.
Amazon PPC Management Agencies vary massively
There seems to be a lot of these companies popping up over the last few months. I should know – I’m inundated with them. Some are asking to be showcased right here on the blog.
If you’re new to the outsourcing world, then there are things you need to ask:
- How long have they been in business for?
- Which clients do they serve? Big sellers or small?
- Who actually runs the ads? What is their experience?
- What is the minimum ad-spend for someone quite new?
- Is there guarantees that you’ll actually get a positive ROAS?
- Are you merely a number in their system, or treated as a human?
- Where do they work? Do they actually have a real office address & staff?
All good questions to ask. After all, using an Amazon management specialist as a seller is quite a big investment.
Well done on researching this too! Too often I see new FBA sellers rush in blind and spend up big on product advertising on Amazon, only to be in a break-even position.
Now, let’s jump into that list, in no particular order…
Voy Media
These guys are seriously worth the price you pay. They aren’t cheap, but then they aren’t for the cheap Amazon seller anyway. You really have to be spending at least $2k/month on ads for this to be worth it.
This is a large agency with teams and supervisors. PPC management is all they do, and is my #1 recommendation. Hence why they’re top of this list.
Page1
These guys offer a suite of services including PPC management and photography. They currently have hundreds of clients, and with a smaller team, can offer more affordable pricing.
As a newer operation, they are designed for more so the beginner. The person who’s feeling a little awkward with turning on PPC.
Amazowl
Much like Voy Media, Amazowl is entirely dedicated to Amazon PPC and ad management. This narrow focus allows them to get really, really good at what they do.
I’m always surprised that more agencies aren’t this focused. After all, PPC on Amazon is the way forward to successfully launch a product.
Single Grain
Unlike other companies who set about running ads for you, Single Grain looks to develop a specific marketing plan. This way you’re getting a custom deal, not some pre-packaged plan.
These guys research trends and collect data in order to make the best decision for your ad-spend. Not only that, but they offer a suite of complimentary services to scale your Amazon business.
Note: This list is being expanded as I evaluate more companies and their services.
My recommendation
I would recommend that all existing Amazon sellers become more educated on Amazon PPC. After all, it’s not that complicated.
A good course I would recommend is Sean Smith’s PPC management course, though the PPC AMS Accelerator is roughly the price of 2 months with an Amazon PPC management company.
But if you’re not educated, then how do you know your agency is? How can you know that you’re getting the best bang-for-buck? You don’t. That’s where education comes into play.
So you can become educated, to a certain degree, but outsource your Amazon advertising management to another company. This way you can focus on effective Amazon product sourcing and scaling your business.
In closing
These are just 4 of the many options out there. These have feedback and testimonials from existing clients. I’ll be building out this list further in coming months.
I wouldn’t choose an Amazon FBA PPC Management company based on cost alone. There is so much more to the game. I would look for value, and most importantly, a positive return on ad spend.
Never forget your bottom-line as an Amazon seller. Outsourcing your ad management for your product listings is a wise idea, but only if you’re accelerating ahead, when compared to running ads in house.
