These guys have won some fantastic industry awards too. They sell twice as much as any other agent on the Sunshine Coast. This is because they seriously care about one thing: Client Results. It’s all too easy to print nice brochures, but to actually move properties into Contract stage is another thing entirely.

There’s many things I liked: They have a diverse team, specialize in both residential and commercial properties, plus have years of experience. On the downside, their fees are a little high, but it’s wise to consider the cost of waiting for your property to sell with another agent. Amber’s team is committed to client results, hence why they sell twice as much as the competition. A slight increase on the commissions is justified in my opinion.

In addition, they happen to be involved in a range of development and commercial projects. These are all in the Sunshine Coast. It’s good to see some diversification here, unlike the rest. Also, these guys are business agents too, with numerous businesses on their roll at present. Unfortunately, none of these business provide the laptop lifestyle for which I’ve found. In fact – thousands of Australians have found the answer.

Creating the laptop lifestyle

When you live in or move to the Sunshine Coast, you do it for one thing – lifestyle. That is, you want more of a care-free lifestyle.
